Group training for organisations

MINDGym Program

Prevention first

Train the mind, like you train the body

Just as we train our bodies to stay fit, we can train our minds to be more focused, creative and resilient. With the MINDGym Program, organisations make mental wellbeing a priority — preventively, before pressure turns into stress or absence.

Getting acquainted

Start with a Mental Gym masterclass

Want to experience the approach first? An energising masterclass of 60 to 90 minutes, with exercises from positive psychology and mindfulness, is a good first introduction — on site or online, in English or Dutch.

Afterwards, your team can continue with the full MINDGym Program.

Experiences

What organisations say

“Suzan is a wonderful teacher who creates a positive and inclusive learning environment. The masterclass was well planned and informative. She has a passion for the subject and her delivery is engaging and effective.”

“We invited Suzan to tell our team more about mindfulness and attention. She understood that a full meditation practice would be a step too far for this group, so she focused on explaining how the mind works, with a simple exercise to experience it. Suzan was well prepared and truly believes in the practice of mindfulness.”
